It’s easy to make a DIY wooden sign with a router if you have a small bit and a stable surface to work on. In this episode I show 3 different ways to make the sign and was quite happy with the final result. For the first one I used a 1/4″ core box router bit and for the other 2 engravings I used a 1/4″ 2 flute straight cut bit. Try not to cut more than an 1/8″ – 1/4″ of material per pass.
