2 ea Slices of Bread, toasted (I used ciabatta)
2 ea Bacon Strips, freshly cooked
2 ea Eggs, cooked the way you like them
2 ea Slices of Tomato
1/4 cup Lettuce, Spinach, or Spring Mix
1 Tbl Mayo or Pesto Mayo

Pesto Mayo Recipe:
1 Tbl Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Pesto
