Recipe guide: (Add all ingredients directly into the mixing bowl in the order they are listed)

1 tsp Instant rise yeast
1.5 tsp Granulated sugar
3 Tbls Olive oil (any oil will do)
2 cups Warm water (not hot)
1lb 12oz Bread Flour (I like King Arthur bread flour for consistency)
1.75 tsp Kosher Salt

Mix on the first speed with a dough hook for 12 minutes

Divide into 2 or 3* equal portions, cover and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

For 16″-18″ pizzas divide in half (Should be 1lb 7oz each)

For 12″-14″ pizzas divide into 3(ea) 15oz dough balls.

For the smaller pizzas 8-12oz of mozzarella cheese should be fine

For the larger pizzas plan on a full pound

For pizza and breadsticks, your oven should be between 475 and 500 degrees. Oil your pans well, pop any air bubbles in your pizza with a fork as soon as you see them. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Pizza and breadsticks are done when they start to brown on the top. (Make sure the bottom doesn’t burn if you’re using a nonstick pan!)
